Last Friday I went with Aimee and her dad to buy her a new flute. I was so glad I was part of this milestone in her life. I am more grateful to this little girl than she will ever understand. All the years of hard work and practice and sacrifice are worth it to see the joy in her eyes when she plays. I don’t know how I will ever let her go.

I have now officially graduated with: Bachelor of Creative Arts with Distinction Bachelor of Creative Arts (Honours) with First Class Honours and a University medal.  Today was definitely a good day.

I told my mum she is not allowed to let me leave home untill I learn to sew. I think this is a great idea. These past few months have been not the best. I am looking forward to a summer of baking bread and going to Port Macquarie and learning to sew with my mum.

After Lily’s persuasion Ione stayed over the boys house too and I hid the easter eggs in the morning and wrote them a note from the easter bunny. Lily said the hunt was hard but I was trying to make them earn it. I think I will remember this easter although they’re usually uneventful.
